Artichoke Green Globe Heirloom Seed
Cynara scolymus. Perennial. This plant produces tender and flavorful green artichokes which are actually the flower buds of the thistle. This variety does well in most areas including Cache Valley, however, heavy mulching is recommended for overwintering. The plants can get very large so give them lots of space. 85 days to harvest.
